What happens next: Calls and WhatsApp messages go straight to the team, who reply directly.
How you’ll know it worked: WhatsApp shows your message as sent. The website never claims your message was sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

What you can do: Browse memorial supplies and gather a list to ask the team about.

- Review the summary, then download your notes or share them on WhatsApp.
What happens next: Your notes stay on your device. Nothing is booked or sent unless you choose to share it.

If something goes wrong: Notes are lost if you leave the page before downloading — download them first.
